Corporate Cost Plan

The following costs represent the hire charges and offers available to our Corporate guest.

Högbacka at Nystrand Sweden can be hired in the same fashion as a holiday guest cost if so required and you cater for yourselves. However should you require a serviced stay then the following option is available. Sleeps 10. 2 per bedroom sharing.

COST OF HIRE OF BUILDING PER WEEK = COST OF HIRE OF DWELLING PER WEEK = see chart and times of year below for ( 5 days min -7 days max ).

• December Christmas week and New Year week = £1,250.00 per week.
• Easter week = £1,250.00 per week.
• Other times £1,000.00 per week.
• Open all year round.

PLATINUM SERVICE

For international users arriving at Luleå, and in addition, for UK chauffeur

Pick up from central location presumably your office, driven to Local Airport of departure in the UK to London Heathrow airport. Or if within travel distance from office to London Heathrow airport. Pick up on arrival at Luleå airport to Nystrand and return to Luleå Airport at the end of your stay. Based upon five sharing per vehicle / taxi. Pick up from UK Airport of departure and returned to your office. Based upon five sharing per vehicle / taxi.

The cost of this chauffeur service will be tailored to suit the destination distances and will be provided on request. You will need to advise us of the number of passengers travelling and the airport of departure and office location.

Breakfast comprising of traditional Swedish breakfast which typically includes the following.

• Cereal, fruit juice, tea or coffee.
• Boiled eggs, hams, cheeses, smoked salmon, pickles, a variety of breads, jams and toast.
  OR Full English breakfast with cereals, toast, fruit juice, tea or coffee OR Continental breakfast with breads, jams fruit juice, tea or coffee.

The dining room is set up for a Corporate meeting room during the day and will be set up for dinner in the evening.

These options are available daily, the food will be provided, prepared, cooked for you and cleaned away afterwards. You will be asked the night before for your choice to assist our chef. Breakfast is served between 7.30am and 9.00am if prepared by our chef.

Coffee and Tea with biscuits available throughout the day.

Lunchtime Meal
Typical Swedish Smorgesbord snack or Sandwiches, fresh fruit, juice and or water. The drinking water in Nystrand is excellent, fresh and very cold.

Evening Meal
A typical arrangement evening menu which is changed each day.

• Main Course
  Fillet of chicken or fish, dauphinoise potatoes, petit pois, mushrooms and seasoned sauce

  Cheesecake and fresh cream

A vegetarian service is available on request fourteen days in advance. Please let us know.

The evening meal is served at a time decided by your group depending if you are out skiing or snowboarding under lights or preferred activity. The meal time can be tailored to suit your requirements just discuss in the morning after breakfast your preferred evening meal time with our chef.

Cost per person based on a five day stay minimum. Day One travelling.

Four breakfasts tea, four lunches, four evening meals. Daily tea / coffee and biscuits.

If six or seven days are required the above is a multiple cost of six or seven per day costs which would include:

Five or Six breakfasts tea, Five or Six lunchtime meals. Five or Six evening meals. Daily tea / coffee and biscuits.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE COST PER DAY INCLUSIVE OF CHEF PREPERATION. £62.50 per person based on a minimum of five persons and five day stay minimum.
(EXCLUDES UK CHAUFFEUR SERVICE) THE CHAUFFEUR SERVICE WILL BE CALCULATED ON REQUEST.

Please advise us in fourteen days in advance if you want the food provided, prepared, cooked and cleaned away so we can organize our chef in good time. Please advise of any food allergies fourteen days in advance so our chef can prepare in good time.

PLEASE NOTE A MIDWEEK CHANGE OF LINEN IS AVAILABLE IT IS STORED IN THE LOBBY FRONT CUPBOARD. SINGLE OR DOUBLE BED SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS ARE AVAILABLE.

WE WOULD ASK YOU TO TAKE CARE ON A DAILY BASIS YOUR BEDROOM LINEN MAKEUP. The Service aims to provide a relaxed atmosphere but not a hotel service.

Your bedrooms will be prepared for you on your arrival and cleaned on your departure for our next guests arrival.

  (6 breakfasts, 6 lunches and 6 evening meals)

TAXI
Return trip from Luleå Airport to Nystrand £40.00 per person. Five sharing.
