Utilising the Bay at Lulea

Luleå at the top of the Gulf of Bothnia on the eastern shores of Norbotten has a superb bay and harbour. During winter times the temperatures can reach minus 25C - 30 C with unbroken blue sky and winter sunshine. Skating, snowmobing and trekking takes place on the frozen sea.
