The Grounds

The site of 21 Nystrand is located by the fence poles to the left side, the forest by the right side, the fence poles by the front and behind the log cabin to the rear. Free access across all land is the norm in Sweden to access a certain sector of land you cannot get to by independent access. This applies to our land as well.

There is a grass area and BBQ sector to the side and rear for your use. Logs and charcoal can be used for the BBQ.

The garage is double fronted with a canopy which is illuminated. The switch is by the right hand garage door as is the electrical car heater supply.

There is a secondary store for the garage (cold garage).

There is a log store.

There is a small private guest house 1 on the site. NOT FOR USE UNLESS AGREED BY US. USE OF WHICH MAY BE NEGOTIATED.

There is a covered store directly outside the utility room for the grass cutter machine and snow clearance machine.

There is a heated front porch terrace for use at night in the spring and Autumn. The switch is on the left side as you stand and view the road on the porch. (PLEASE REMEMBER TO TURN OFF AFTER USE).
